All right. Here's a picture. Not a flattering one, I know. Good thing theres some cute girls sprinkled in the picture. We all look a little annoyed!Anyway, since it's a new month, I'm going to report on my goals:
1. 2 man pushups...er...ummm...no.
2. 5 miles--YES! We even did 5.25 on Saturday. Wahoo!
3. Plank for 40 seconds--YES!
New goals:
1. Make it to 6 mile runs.
2. I am working out 6 days a week. I want to add in two extra exercise sessions a week...an extra video, walk or bike ride with the family, etc.
I'm now down 8.5%.
