If you find someone to help you with jeans, send them my way. I have the opposite problem, if I buy jeans to fit my hips and thighs, they are too big in the waist...we just need to hire someone to custom make our jeans!
Well, I don't have any old pictures from the holidays that I'm not hiding behind someone and big suprise, I didn't take a picture.

I'm down 7.5% this week.

Emberassing

I don't even know why I'm posting, cause compared to all of you I suck at loosing weight.  But I am losing so there.  I'm at 3.7%.  It's been a horrible month and I don't know if it will get better.  The good thing I guess is that I don't have much of an appetite.  Maybe I'll catch up to all of you.

another week! and pictures...

I have to post today because I am at 5.75% now. Also, I have accepted the fact that I am not going to take new pictures. Besides, we are halfway through. So I went through my pictures and found some from the end of December that illustrate the problem area...my belly. I need someone to tell me where I can get jeans that fit right. My jeans keep falling off but my belly still hangs over the top of them. So I get a smaller size and the same thing happens. Does anyone have any tips for jeans that actually fit right??























I don't know why my face looks like it was smashed down in the first picture! Weird!

Only down 2.88% this week. No excuses, I knew it wouldn't be good. I think I'm in slump because this where I was before Kevin was born and I'm used to being this size. I guess I'm ok with it, but really I'm not, I'm just used to it. But, I have been going on more walks so that is a good thing.

I need to get my picture up too. I'm really wishing I would have done a before at the beginning! I'll have Zach take a picture of me in my jeans I want to fit in and then do an after next month.

Becky--I have soooo much more weight to lose than you! You already look fantastic!

I'm down to 6.5% total loss. Only about 10 more pounds to my usual body weight!

almost back to where I was

I am at 3.92% total lost. So, I am not quite to where I was 2 weeks ago, but at least I went down from last week. I think Holly is kicking my trash! I went walking down on the beach, I think I need to do that more often. I need to get some pictures on here...I'm sure John will also suggest that I wear a bikini but I spare you all the horror.

Plateau

I am at the same weight.  I've hit my plateau.  Someone told me when you hit your plateau you should then go to spin class.  I tried spinning once and I thought I was going to die.  Plus I couldn't walk or sit for like 6 days.  I'm not trying spinning again but I've got to find my spin class that will take me off of this plateau.  Wish me luck as I wish all of you luck too.

So I remembered that I had made some goals for the first month and I thought I would check in.
1. 5 man push-ups: Ha! I can do 1! These are so hard for me! I have been doing the 100 push ups challenge and I have been doing them on my knees. Every time I do my push ups, I try to do the regular style and I can barely squeak out one. I told Zach he should try it and right away he could do more than 10...I'm such a wimp.
2. Run 4 miles by the end of the month: Done!
3. 30 reps on the ab machine at the gym: Kind of...we cancelled our gym membership so I can't really test that one anymore.

New goals for February:

1. 2 man push ups.
2. 5 miles.
3. Be able to hold plank for 40 seconds

I am down 5.7% total.

working backwards

So, this week I didn't really even try. I need to decide if I'm going to get serious about this. It's just easy to stay where I'm at and where I've been for years. So this week I am at 2.48% which means I gained weight since last week. I will do better this time. My goal is to at least be where I was last week.

I am always able to get down to this weight and then get stuck. I don't know why. Its like my body is scared to get got the extra mile-literally and figuritively. I have lost 2% so far and I am determined to get past this. Keep up the good work everyone. Don't get discouraged. It will be worth it in the end.

Well! That was a lame week. Zero change! Tory said it was because I am gaining muscle! Whatever! Pluuuuuuup!:}
