So I remembered that I had made some goals for the first month and I thought I would check in.
1. 5 man push-ups: Ha! I can do 1! These are so hard for me! I have been doing the 100 push ups challenge and I have been doing them on my knees. Every time I do my push ups, I try to do the regular style and I can barely squeak out one. I told Zach he should try it and right away he could do more than 10...I'm such a wimp.
2. Run 4 miles by the end of the month: Done!
3. 30 reps on the ab machine at the gym: Kind of...we cancelled our gym membership so I can't really test that one anymore.
New goals for February:
1. 2 man push ups.
2. 5 miles.
3. Be able to hold plank for 40 seconds
I am down 5.7% total.
